Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and act as a point of contact with external vendors and business representatives.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables from integrators through review and feedback.
- Define and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) for business processes.
- Enhance the product backlog with detailed specifications.
- Communicate specifications to relevant stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and perform impact analysis.
- Produce and review functional specifications and communicate them to project teams.
- Contribute to change management.
- Learn system functions/data and define functional architecture evolutions.
- Document functional and non-functional specifications.
- Review test cases of SIT testers.
- Prepare and support UAT.
- Contribute to support/incident analysis.
- Escalate risks and issues to the line manager.
Profile Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and software engineering.
- Experience in IT transformation projects involving portfolio management systems and/or Core banking applications.
- Knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and pricing in wealth management.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk modeling, and Optimization functions.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of REST API design standards and development.
- Experience in Waterfall and Scrum methodology.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and maturity.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of Temenos Triple’A, Wealth Management/Private banking, Design Thinking, and Cybersecurity is a plus.
