Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquid Food Processing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing new food processing plants, with a particular focus on handling and processing liquid and dough-based products such as chocolate and cream. Your expertise will ensure that all processing equipment and operations meet the highest standards for food safety and efficiency.

Profile Requirements:

Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in handling food processing equipment, including mixing, blending, heating, and sterilization.
  • Proven track record in setting up and managing full-scale food processing plants, including systems for storage and temperature control.

Skills:

  • Expertise in dough preparation, mixing, blending, and handling cream and chocolate.
  • Strong understanding of temperature control processes for chocolate and other liquid food products.
  • Ability to manage and oversee the implementation of food processing operations, ensuring all equipment adheres to industry standards for food safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage food processing operations, focusing on the processing of liquid and dough-based products.
  • Ensure the setup and management of new processing plants, including equipment for mixing, blending, heating, sterilization, and temperature control.
  • Oversee the handling and processing of chocolate and other similar products, ensuring precise control over temperature and consistency.
  • Maintain and enforce food safety standards across all processing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
