Our company, Amaris Consulting, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. This position is based in Belgium and offers a permanent contract.

Mission Responsibilities

  • Direct Reporting: Work closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service.
  • Customer-Centric: Act as the central point of contact between our customers and the organization, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Efficient Communication: Guarantee efficient communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

  • Autonomous Customer Portfolio Management: Take ownership of your portfolio, including order intake, order follow-up, dispatch, claim management, and overdue settlement.

About You

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and German is essential.

  • Client Focus: A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

  • Communication Skills: A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
